Cancellations and Refunds

All sales at our Today Event decor and floral salon are final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

1. Flowers: We offer delivery services for perishable products, such as flowers, which are sensitive to temperature fluctuations, moisture, and light. Exceptions are made for defective products. You have the right to request a replacement for your order within 12 hours of receiving the product. If the flowers are damaged during transportation or wilted within a few hours, we will review your case individually.

The period for product replacement expires 12 hours after the product is received by you or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by you as the recipient.

All such claims must be submitted within this timeframe from the time of receiving the flowers. Photos of the arrangement must be sent to info@2dayevent.com

1. Balloons: Once received, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. As perishable products sensitive to temperature and humidity, our goal is to ensure that our balloons bring joy to you and your loved ones for as long as possible. Gel balloons may deflate slightly due to temperature fluctuations. To maintain balloon quality, we treat them with a special gel for extended shelf life. In case of any unforeseen issues, please contact us promptly, and we will resolve them promptly.

You have the right to contact us within 12 hours of receiving the product or service, and we will do our best to address your request or resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis. To exercise your right to replace a product or address any other issues related to received services, please notify us via email at info@2dayevent.com.

Special Note on Perishable Goods

Remember that flowers are very delicate, perishable items with their own lifespan. Proper care is required. At our studio, we adhere to all temperature storage standards and use special fertilizers and lighting to ensure the flowers remain fresh and healthy. We strive to use the exact flowers shown in the pictures on our website. However, due to the perishable nature of the product or if a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute flowers without compromising the appearance and value of the arrangement.

Once you receive our product, the recipient is responsible for the care of the plants. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for how the recipient handles the flowers and the conditions in which they are kept. We do not bear responsibility when we cannot monitor their condition.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To return or exchange a product, please ensure the following:

· The item was purchased within the last 12 hours.

· The item is in its original packaging.

Some items are non-returnable:

· Custom-made or personalized items.

· Items with a limited shelf life or perishable items.

· Items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

· Items that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return and Exchange of Products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please confirm the address and conditions for returning or exchanging the item. We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service, as we are not responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment. Refunds are issued after receiving the items or providing proof of return.
