Yes, if you don't have the time or desire to search and select the right floral design, or if you have a specific budget for your order, you simply need to inform us! We will make every effort to create a design that suits your needs.

⚪ How can I place an order?

You can simply click the "Buy" button on our website and fill out all the necessary information to place your order. Alternatively, you can place an order by contacting us through Instagram, Facebook, or directly via the WhatsApp button.

⚪ Do you have any discounts or promotional offers?

We regularly offer various discounts! We aim to surprise you not only with our designs but also with loyalty to our customers! You can regularly receive a loyal customer discount or take advantage of periodic promotions that change over time!
Our website always features advertisements for ongoing promotions! Unfortunately, promotions cannot be combined with each other. You can choose only one type of discount program.

⚪ When will my order be delivered?

Unfortunately, your order cannot be completed and delivered within 30 minutes. However, we strive to accommodate our customers and will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Our delivery service operates daily, offering same-day delivery for orders placed by 11:00 AM, provided the flowers are in stock.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
For prompt service, please specify your preferences via WhatsApp on our website.
We recommend ordering in advance, especially during holidays.

⚪ Can I order a card and how can I sign it?

We offer a complimentary card with your order. You just need to enter the text during checkout, and we will write it for you. Please note that we will write exactly what you have entered, so please check the text carefully before submitting it.

⚪ Can I return my order?

Flowers are delicate items, and we ensure they are stored under optimal temperature conditions with special fertilizers and lighting for freshness.
However, once you receive them, we cannot control how they are handled. For damaged flowers during transportation or wilting within a few hours of receipt, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Gel balloons, another part of our offerings, cannot be returned or exchanged once received. In cases of temperature extremes, some balloons may expand slightly due to the gel inside.
We strive to maintain their quality with special treatments.
For unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, please reach out, and we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! We cater to all types of events, including funeral floristry. Our website showcases samples of the most popular designs.
You can place an order and specify your preferences by contacting us.

⚪ Can I change the wrapping paper in my order or replace it with a vase or box?

Yes, of course! When placing your order, please specify this in the comments or contact us directly. Please note that when changing from wrapping paper or a box to a vase, the shape of the floral arrangement may slightly alter.
Nevertheless, we will ensure that the composition maintains its intended design as closely as possible.

⚪ How do I choose a bridal bouquet and can you make bouquets for bridesmaids?

It's best if you send us a few photos of what you like, and we will create the best bridal bouquet for you in that style.
We can also design bouquets for your bridesmaids in a similar style but slightly smaller or with different flower varieties, so your bridal bouquet doesn't look too similar. It's also advisable to plan this in advance.

Yes, absolutely! We will create everything in the style you want and select all the necessary flower varieties within your budget, whether it's flowers for a family dinner or a bridal bouquet.
